3-4 hours sleep and that was two days ago. Average time, I sleep is 4 hours a day if I am lucky. I have to do multiple days without no sleep just to get back remotely productive. Stabilized alot of stuff with some of the people I have been working with. It was literally a time loss trap, but putting in the time to get back to where it needs to be.

It just is what it is, I have goals and I want to do my best to set objectives to reach them. This means daily modifying my task to do so. In That sense I can relate to this book if only in title. check it out if you also can’t sleep, its an E-book and fellow E-book creators like me love to support, because its not easy.
